Project: Building a hotel in NW1 London

Demolition of an existing two-storey retail unit, followed by constructing a new five-storey hotel building on the corner of Camden High Street and Delancey Street which we provided scaffold for.

The new hotel provides 80-bedroom – Hub by Premier Inn Hotel, ground floor retail units.

Project: Regeneration of existing residential high-rise buildings

Client: Rooff Limited

Value: £450,000.00

Regeneration of Avantgarde, three buildings with 360 residential units and 3,000m2 of commercial space and public realm improvements. We scaffolded all the buildings to enable regeneration work to be undertaken.

Arbor-McAleer-&-Rushe

ARBOR CITY HOTEL, SHOREDITCH, LONDON

Project: Renovation of existing building and building extension to create a hotel

Client: McAleer & Rushe

Value: £273,000.00

We scaffolded a multi-storey rear extension along with scaffolding the existing hotel to create an additional 153 rooms, cycle parking facilities, disabled car parking, plant, and other associated works.

Project: New build residential apartments

Client: Higgins Partnerships

Value: £505,000.00

This is a major regeneration and development of mixed-use homes across four buildings where we are scaffolding four high rise towers.

ROYAL TOWER LODGE, TOWER HAMLETS, LONDON

Project: Regeneration of existing residential high-rise buildings

Client: OCL Facades

Value: £246,000.00

We scaffolded this existing residential high-rise buildings in E1 London to enable regeneration works to be undertaken.  We also installed a substantial temporary roof.

SMUGGLERS-McAleer-&-Rushe

SMUGGLERS WAY, WANDSWORTH, LONDON

Project: New build residential apartments

Client: McAleer & Rushe

Value: £650,000.00

This is new build construction of 554 build to rent and affordable apartments across 13 blocks with three podiums and ranging in height between eight & 16 storeys.  We are scaffolding various parts of this large development.

OLIVER'S-CEB-Services

OLIVER’S YARD, CITY ROAD, LONDON

Project: Regeneration of existing residential buildings

Client: CEB Services

Value: £100,000.00

We scaffolded this building to enable remedial works to the building that provides 27,114sqft of highly connected premium customer space.

Oval-Bennett-Construction

OVAL TRAVELODGE HOTEL

Project: New build hotel

Client: Bennett Construction

We scaffolded the construction of a new hotel opposite the Oval Cricket Ground.

Project: Recladding of existing residential high-rise

Client: OCL Facades

We scaffolded this existing building to enable recladding.  The building comprises 96 residential units over 14 storeys.

Durand-Rydon-Construction

Project: Regeneration of existing residential buildings

We scaffolded large sections of this development to enable repairs and maintenance work to be undertaken.

Centrillion-Buxton-Building-Contractors

Project: Regeneration of an existing residential building

We scaffolded this residential high rise building to enable repairs and maintenance work to be undertaken.

Battersea Exchange

Project: New commercial/housing development, Battersea

Client: Bennett Construction

Value: £355,000.00

We erected scaffolding for this complex build, which was made challenging due to the elliptical shape of the building, and its close proximity to the underground station. It was a new commercial and housing development.

Parsons North

Project: New build apartments

Client: Osborne Construction

Value: £220,000.00

A new build project primarily to provide access for finishing to an RC frame. In a very built up location, consideration had to be made for local residents and businesses. Transport of material to and from site has been challenging and required careful planning. The whole job was designed including a nico rail lifting system to enable stonework installation.

North Wharf Gardens, Paddington, London

Project: New hotel and school in Paddington

Client: McAleer & Rushe

A construction of a new 642 bed hotel and hybrid aparthotel across 19 floors, including 27,000 square feet of social and community space.

Coppetts Wood, Croydon, London

Project: New build apartments and houses

Client: Rydon Construction

Value: £442,000.00

A residential development at the former Coppetts Wood Hospital, Muswell Hill. A collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom townhouses ready for market in Autumn 2020.

Durnsford Road, Wimbledon

Project: New build housing and apartments

Client: Mizen Construction

Value: £100,000.00

The creation of 11 contemporary apartments & 7 stunning family homes located metres from Wimbledon park and public transport links.

354-358 Oxford Street, London

Project: Demolition and new build apartments

Client: Vinci Construction

Value: £160,000.00

Another cut &carve project, we were tasked with providing an access solution that would act as an encapsulation during the demo phase and would be able to be turned into a scaffold suitable for the new construction works. In a particularly built up area and neighbouring a TFL property, a fair amount of work needed to be carried out “out of hours”. A great deal of design went into this project, particularly for the gantry and hoist support scaffolds.

Weymouth Street

Project: Extension of building

Client: ME Construction

Value: £373,000.00

Another cut & carve project on a live residential building. External access, pavement gantry and temporary roofs were all carefully designed. Access to certain areas were challenging, particularly a triangle shaped well hole situated in the centre of the building.

Kind & Co

317A & 400 Hoe Street, London

Project: New build apartments and houses

Client: Kind & Co

Value: £200,000.00

Residential social housing, we provided an access solution to enable external finishes such as brickwork and cladding.
Consideration had to be made for neighbouring properties including a live school and busy BT exchange which meant a lot of interface with the public and out of hours working.

Fulham Boys’ School, London

Project: Extension of the school buildings

Client: Rydon Construction

Value: £415,000.00

A new build redevelopment on the site of the former Fulham police station. accommodating 800 pupils, nine new residential apartments and a new front counter service for the Metropolitan Police.

Channing Junior School, North London

Project: Extension of the existing school buildings

Client: Curo Construction

Value: £137,500.00

A “cut & carve” type project where the existing building was gutted and undermined before being completely redesigned and re fitted. A temporary roof was required to provide weatherproofing as well as elements of support work. We worked closely with our design team and the clients’ temporary works team to find solutions. Joined to a live junior school, this was a major consideration.

The Lighthouse Building at Kings Cross

Project: Refurbishment and rebuilding of a listed building

Client: Mansell Construction

Value: £273,000.00

We erected a scaffold to the existing building to enable demolition works at roof level for the construction of two new floors.

Woodberry Downs

Project: Manor house redevelopment and new build

Client: Berkeley Homes

Value: £389,000.00

A new build project consisting of townhouses and flats ranging from between seven and nine storeys high. Scaffolding was initially erected with floor level lifts, adapted for brickwork.

Westfield House

Project: New luxury residences

Client: Galliford Try

Value: £670,500.00

We erected scaffolding for a large project in Earlsfield. This involved the construction of new luxury residential properties – 193 flats in total – as well as a commercial unit.

Streatham Hub

Project: New Tesco Extra store, sports centre and new build development

Client: Vinci Construction

Value: £976,483.00

We erected scaffolding for this development project, which included a leisure centre complete with retail and residential properties.

Cadogan Hotel, Sloane Square

Project: Redevelopment and refurbishment

Client: Beck Interiors

Value: £4-4.5m

We completed this refurbishment project of an iconic London hotel venue, with scaffolding including various gantries, independent scaffolds, a temporary roof, system staircases and passenger goods hoist.

Elmington Green Phase 1

Project: New housing development

Client: Bellway Homes

Value: £461,905.00

This project involved erecting scaffolding for phase 1 of a new housing development in Elmington Green, including a bridging section over an existing sub-station. There were five blocks of flats in total.

Hathaway House

Project: New housing development

Client: HG Construction

Value: £330,000.00

This was phase 2 of an earlier project we completed with Bellway Homes. It involved scaffolding for nine blocks of flats. More details coming soon.
